These small plastic cups were used as Christmas decorations through to grave markers. They are made from a very thin flexible plastic and in the base is a roundel of cork like material as a plinth for a candle. In the gallery photos you can see the cups advertised in a period sales catalogue. The cups cannot be sold as single items but as a set of three.
