The tunic is a light weight linen summer issue in excellent condition, only slight discolouration through wear but would dry clean to a bright perfection. The tunic has the shoulder boards and collar insignia of a Captain and to the right breast is the Submarine Pin and to the left is a medal bar with multiple awards. Jacket is a large size estimated at 42″.

The black trousers are of beautiful tailored quality made from a thicker tweed like material, heavier than the jacket. Soviet maker label is stitched internal of the waist. They have buttoned waist adjusters and the hems have been taken up with band stitching – a sign again of quality. Waist size is estimated at a 34″ to 36″.

The summer cap is the typical Soviet large roundel. The white material is only slightly discoloured in areas, generally excellent inside and out. Makers label is internal of the cap and it is marked a size 57.

A superb Soviet era uniform from a 1980s manufacture.
