War-Den Guarantee
All items listed for sale on War-Den website are described as accurately as possible with reference to period of manufacture, condition and authenticity. We offer a complete refund on all items purchased from us subject to our conditions listed below:
If for any reason you are unhappy with any item or items you purchased from War-Den, you should contact us by email within 14 days of actual receipt of that particular item or items informing that you wish to return for a refund of monies spent. If the item is returned to War-Den in the original condition sent, then War-Den will give a full refund. After the 14 days period after receipt has passed, War-Den will consider the item or items as sold. The insured return postal costs will be paid by the customer and War-Den will not be responsible for the refund of these costs. War-Den reiterates that the item or items MUST be returned in the original condition when sent to the purchaser.
When the wording of Gold, Silver and Bronze are used on any items description, this refers to the particular grade of any award, general appearance or the plated finish of any particular item or award. It does NOT refer to the characteristic content of the metal or metals of the item.
On-line Ordering from War-Den
Once a customer has placed an order in our Cart Checkout, War-Den will contact by email so as to inform of payment options. If any customer wishes to contact us by email or telephone regarding any item on our website, War-Den invites them to do so and will be only too happy to answer and questions.
Delivery Charges
All items ordered from War-Den are subject to a packaging, handling and delivery charge. Once the customer has contacted us regarding any item they wish to purchase, War-Den will inform total for all charges within a 24 hour period at maximum. The charges will be determined by size, weight and location to be sent. On orders over £3000.00 or equivalent in any foreign currency, War-Den can offer their own personal delivery service door to door within Europe. For this service all fuel and toll costs will be the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be informed by War-Den giving the customer ample time to decide. This service of course would save on insurance costs and we would be only too happy to accommodate a delivery time at customers convenience.
Payments Accepted
Presently War-Den prefers payments to be made by Bank Transfer or PayPal, we do not at present accept payment by credit card. Once you have contacted us by using our Cart Checkout or by email and confirm you wish to purchase, then War-Den will forward our Bank or PayPal Account Details. War-Den kindly requests that ALL payments made to us are in British Pound Sterling. It should be noted that no item or items will be dispatched for delivery until all monies from customer have been received by War-Den.
Interest Free Lay-Away Payments
As an easier way to pay, War-Den offers a Lay-Away Plan. Once any item is secured we will request a down payment of 20% of the total purchase price of any item or items the customer wishes to purchase. Once the 20% down payment has been confirmed by War-Den as received, from that date the full purchase price will have to be completed by a maximum of 12 weeks. Please be aware that the packaging, Handling and delivery charges will be in addition to the total monies paid. There will be no interest or additional charges requested by War-Den for our Lay-Away Service.
War-Den Privacy Policy
Customer privacy is of paramount importance to War-Den. We will never release any of your personal details to include name, address, telephone numbers, and email address to any outside companies for marketing purposes. War-Den takes these matters extremely seriously and rest assured the privacy of our customers will always be fully maintained.
