Early English Language Edition of Mein Kampf

My Struggle (Mein Kampf) – book is missing cover and inside of the front and back are pasted the MK description and at the back a list of other publications by the same publisher Hurst & Blackett Ltd of London E.C.4. The pasted pages do not add to the look of the book unfortunately, but cannot be removed.
After research this English edition was published in 1938. It has the early MK photo of Hitler inside the front pages. Photo is loose but in good condition, all other pages are intact and book is complete.
I have seen these being offered for over £100.00 and one Hitler signed edition sold for £4500.00.
The book is at fair price on War-Den and not at all easy to find another.
