This is a very rare Donation Certificate from the NSDAP in Gau Hamburg, presented to the NSDAP at the Nurnberg Nazi Party Day 1934 – extremely hard to find especially in this condition. War-Den found this in the South of France amongst other NSDAP party day documents.
Its very colourful and from a very early party day. Signed by Karl Kaufmann Gauleiter of Hamburg 1929-45 – the signature is of course a facsimile. He was a founding member of the NSDAP in 1921; after the re-establishment of the party, he rejoined in 1925 and quickly became one of Adolf Hitler’s favourites.
The frame is not a period frame but no doubts it has helped to protect the certificate over the years.
