The Eastern Front Medal – (Ostmedaille), was a German award issued originally to all military personnel who served in the Eastern Front winter campaign between 15th November 1941 to April 1942. Its issue continued until 4th September 1944.
This example is without doubt the finest I have ever owned. 100% of its white frosting to the helmet and medal ring is totally complete – beautiful. The casting is sharp and crisp, ribbon is very soft to the touch, quality issue throughout!
