The Medal for Bravery for Members of the Eastern Peoples was first issued by Germany in July 1942, to personnel who were from the former Soviet Union.

This example is a Silver Second Class with Swords so as to signify an act of bravery by its recipient. Most of the silver wash is still present on the star-burst design. The reverse has the typical sunken dome, just what you want to see on a 100% original medal. Ribbon is near perfect and soft to the touch. An excellent example of what is becoming a hard to find award.
