The Sudetenland medal was awarded to all German military personnel who participated in the invasion of the Sudetenland and the occupation of Czechoslovakia in March 1939. Officially the Sudetenland became part of the Third Reich between 1st October and 10th October 1938.
This example is in mint condition, with all bronze wash remaining. The casting of this medal is crisp and sharp – just perfect – ribbon is soft to the touch.
A very nice example in a real top quality condition.
