Mint condition Kriegsmarine Parade Peacoat. Thick navy blue wool material and lined in a cotton/silk combination – extremely high quality. All of the beautiful gold guilt buttons are present, the detail of these is superb. The gold bullion Kriegsmarine Eagle is machined embroided without any discolouring which is often the case with these beautiful eagles. The brass chain linking the two central buttons is present and in excellent shape. On the left arm of the tunic there are badges for Line Officer and Anti-Aircraft Crew. Internal of the peacoat  is a label saying “Dammeyer” – I am taking this as the original owners name. The peacoat is a small size, probably a young man recruited direct from the HJ and sent to sea.

This is a superb WW2 German Kriegsmarine Parade Peacoat, now getting very hard to find in this condition. War-Den has never found a better Kriegsmarine tunic.
