NSDAP Political Leaders brown Jackboots

A fine quality brown leather pair of NSDAP Leaders Jackboots.

The NSDAP in Germany were a political organisation between 1928 to 1945. After Hitler came to power in 1933, the NSDAP fully replaced the traditional German governing methods.

The traditional black leather jackboot worn by the German armed forces are much more common than the political brown version. The outer leather of these boots is in excellent shape and would improve if any new owner wished to polish them. Internal each have two pulling straps near to the top of the boot.

The soles have seen better days and both have small holes. The hobnails attaching the leather soles to the boot are clearly present and both soles remain fully intact to the boots. On each at heel and toe are the metal wear protectors, this is the only pair of these style of jackboots that I have had with the metal protectors are still in place.

These are a great pair of boots and could be re-soled if desired. Personally I would leave them as they are as all parts are original to the manufacture.
