The EK2 was awarded for a single act of bravery in the face of the enemy or for an action that could be classed as above the usual call of duty.

This example is complete with ribbon that does have a few holes caused by attachment. The cross itself does have a little oxidisation in a few areas, but detail is still crisp and sharp. Suspension ring is maker marked “25” for Gold & Silberschmeide, Hanau.

A good honest EK2.
