This is a Luftwaffe Officers 2nd Pattern 1937 Dagger that has been around the houses so to speak but priced accordingly.

The white grip has one small crack at the eagle end, all wire is intact and secure. All the fittings and pommel are secure but do have some discolouring, the pommel being in the best condition.

The aluminium cross-guard luftwaffe eagle is very finely detailed, but again with slight discolouring worse on the reverse side. The scabbard pebbling is crisp and finely detailed showing again small patches of discolouring, but in all 90% can be classed as in a nice condition. Both of the screws that hold the blade liners are missing at the neck of the scabbard, this gives a little clunky fit between blade and scabbard.

Blade is not maker marked and can be classed as in a fair condition.

Anyone wanting a cheap 37 Luft that needs a little cleaning and a couple of screws, then this is fairly priced indeed.
