This is a very nice single sided Third Reich era Podium Banner – large size 1300mm in height X 1000mm in width. There are a few small holes in the lower left area as you view in our gallery, also a few minor dark stains in the roundel and at the reverse of the banner – saying this the general condition of the banner is excellent and the colours are very bright and vibrant. To the bottom is a quality cotton fringe, and the central roundel and swastika are surrounded by a silk like material box. On the internal seam of the banner it is marked in ink “II H”, there are no other markings. There are three suspension clips at the top which are stitched into loops, I have had this hanging for many, many years and it has always been secure.

It is widely accepted that the larger the podium banner used during the Third Reich era, then the more important the speaker was.

Very nice Third  Reich era Podium Banner – 100% period, and now becoming hard to find in this size and condition.
