The NSDAP Civil Service Faithful Service Cross was awarded in Germany from 30th January 1938 to 1941. It was awarded in three grades 25, 40 & 50 years service. Awarded to all officials, employees, and labourers at any level of the public service (local, regional or national) who completed 25, 40 or 50 years of service respectively .

This 25 year version has all of the silver frosting remaining, the enamel to the swastika is near perfect. The pebbling is distinct and the obverse “Fur Treue Dienste” (For Faithful Service), is crisp and clear. Ribbon and attachment pin are in excellent condition. It comes with its box of issue which is marked by maker Friedrich Keller. The lid has only minor damage to the corners. The silver embossed “25” on the box lid is clear and complete.

A very nice frosted example complete with its box of issue and maker marked which is a rarity.
